Room wanted in San Francisco Bay Area

Hello! I’m Anshu (31 Male), looking to relocate to SF/bay area after 4 years of city rat life in NYC. I currently work remotely in data analytics, though I might look for a new position later in the year which would probably be hybrid. I’m currently looking for an open room, or a potential roommate to look for apartments together with.

My Search- Neighborhood: Mission, Bernal Heights, Haight Ashbury, Lower Pac Heights, Hayes Valley but open to looking outside of this too for a good spot. Budget: ~ $2300 for my portion of rent but very much open to something cheaper, as long as the apartment has the right amenities (ie. Laundry in the building is a must) Move In Date: May 15-June 15

About Me- I’m pretty friendly and outgoing, and would love a social situation with a roommate/s but I am very respectful and mindful of when we need our individual time. I am usually quite organized with shared living spaces, and believe the key to a good roommate relationship is continual open communication, so I’m always down to discuss anything and everything 🤠

Love the outdoors and really looking to explore as much of the bay as possible, if that’s something you’d be up for as a roomies I’m in 🤙🏾

Otherwise, in my free time I like to explore new bars/restaurants and random events in the city, go to the movies, vegetate on the couch binge watching random shows, and sometimes play piano/violin.

I am a gay male, and thus am looking for LGBTQ-friendly roommates or other queer folks to live with, but open to all genders and walks of life.
