Hi, I’m interested in the renting a room that’s available and fits for me

A little about me: I work remotely with stable, verifiable income and maintain a clean, quiet, and respectful lifestyle. I don’t have pets or children, and I’m an upcoming cosmetologist focused on building my career.

I’m looking to move in between May 15th and June 1st. My annual income is $47,840, and I can provide full documentation including recent pay stubs, an offer letter, and proof of income. I also have access to my credit reports (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion). My credit history primarily reflects student loans, and I’m prepared to provide a guarantor if needed.

I am ready to move forward promptly if approved, with first month’s rent and security deposit available. I am only considering listings with no broker fee.

For security purposes, I do not pay for background checks or application fees prior to viewing the apartment and confirming the listing is legitimate. I’m more than willing to complete a background check after a showing and once we move forward.

I’d also like to confirm whether the apartment is women.

Please let me know if a showing is available. I’m available Tuesday through Friday after 4 PM, and all day Sunday.
