I am a retired nurse with 2 adult kids living in Brooklyn. I am expecting a granddaughter in a few months and am looking to rent a room for when I visit. I am available to start my lease 07/01/2026.
I prefer to share the apartment with non-smokers and without cats. I love dogs! I am not a partier, am respectful of other peoples property and very clean.
I would prefer to have a private bathroom but also willing to share with one other person.
