Looking for a large private bedroom

Prefer my own place or a large bedroom with closet space. Rent amount is desirable with all bills paid but not exactly firm on that amount. No need to be furnished. I may have to get rid of a lot of my furniture as I’ll be downsizing if it’s a shared space.

Would like somewhere that would allow me to have occasional guests/friends over to visit. No immediate rush to move in as my timing is flexible since I’m downsizing, just need to move in July. Location in a safe neighborhood and within 15 min of middle of the city.
