Looking for a large private bedroom

Prefer my own place or a large bedroom with closet space. Rent amount is desirable with all bills paid but not exactly firm on that amount. No need to be furnished. I will have to get rid of a lot of my furniture as I’ll be downsizing.

Would like somewhere that would allow me to have occasional guests/friends over to visit. No immediate rush to move in as my timing is flexible since I’m downsizing slowly, just need to be somewhere by July. Location isn’t that important as long as it’s a safe neighborhood and within 15 min of middle of the city.
