Clean and quiet room for rent

Single, divorced male looking for a clean and quiet private room in the Los Angeles area.

Either a furnished or unfurnished room works for me.

A few things about me and what I’m looking for:
- I will not be using the kitchen.
- I need access to a mailing address or PO box for mail purposes.
- I don’t have pet, I you do have that’s okay.
- I do need access to a washing machine for laundry.
- I can pass a background check if needed.
- I usually prefer not to sign a long-term lease, but I can do month-to-month. I expect to stay at least 7 to 8 months at least.
- I do not smoke, drink, or party.
- I work long hours every day, so I am usually either working, at the gym, or resting quietly in my room.
- I may come home late at night sometimes, around 10 or 11 PM.
- A private bathroom would be great, but it is not required.
- I do not need Wi-Fi, but I can use it if it is already included in the utilities.
- I need a parking space. I have a fairly expensive car, so private or community parking is strongly preferred.
- I am respectful of all backgrounds, religions, and lifestyles, and I am simply looking for a peaceful living environment where everyone respects each other’s space and privacy.

I would prefer to live with working professionals or a family, but a student household is also okay.
