Retired college teacher, I'm in the process of shifting from my permanent home in St. Paul to a smaller place in the metro or outside of it--a room in a home, a basement, an efficiency, or a place with roommate. I own a home in Florida and will pay year-round here so I can go back and forth.

I'm a quiet non-smoker, don't drink or do drugs, don't have pets, have family in the area, own a car, and can do furnished or unfurnished. I love sunshine and want a place with a lot of light.

I'm flexible to get a place anytime in 2026, so can commit whenever a place comes open that is clean, safe, quiet, and trouble-free.
