Room wanted in Issaquah, WA

Hello! I'm a 32 year old female looking for a roommate and hoping to stay in the Issaquah area or very close by. I am interested in getting either a 2 bedroom (with den or attached garage for shared storage) or 3 bedroom (3rd bedroom shared storage/office space) apartment with 2 full bathrooms. I’m looking to stay around $3,000 max for a combined rent. Not set on a specific place yet but I have some nice options bookmarked and would love input. I have a full set up for the living room and kitchen furniture/supplies, all you would need is stuff for your room (open to additions too, I’m flexible). I have a 5 year old dog that’s a pitbull/heeler mix, he’s an absolute sweetheart. I’m an electrician so I have an early wake up time (M-F) and try to get to bed by 9-9:30 each night.
