being kicked out and need a place to live. I'm willing to split rent or pay for a room. im currently working a part time job that gets me 17/hr and im paid biweekly but I usually work between 20-27 hours a week. i know my situation isnt ideal but i need to figure something out. i have no pets and would be clean and respectful, payments will be given on time. also love meeting new people and I'd say I have great people skills and can get along with anybody. i occasionally smoke but would not do it on the property if that's an issue. only looking for female roommates or gays
