33 Year Old Working Professional in Media

Looking for: A room in Hoboken or Downtown Jersey City, available ASAP through at least end of year.
I’m William, a 33-year-old media professional who just relocated to the NYC area for a new role at WPP Media (one of the world’s largest advertising agencies). I’ll be working in Hoboken 3 days a week so location is important to me.
A little about me as a tenant:
I’m quiet, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and genuinely easy to live with. I work normal business hours and spend a good amount of time out of the house. I don’t smoke, have no pets, and am not a party person.
I have a strong rental history including a landlord reference, and — unusually — over 50 five-star Airbnb reviews from two years of staying in people’s homes while working remotely across the US. That track record speaks for itself.
Stable income, employed full time, happy to provide proof of income or any other documentation needed.

Move-in: by end of April
Lease: Flexible, prefer minimum 6 months
