Seeking Private Room, 1-6 mths in Little Rock Area

I am a professional female aged 40. I plan to move away from the state by the end of the year. I own a small business, a rental, and a home in the area, so I need a small place to stay while I sell/transition my entanglements here.

I don’t smoke and require a non-smoking space. Although I have pets and love having pets around, I don’t have plans for them to stay with me. A clean and orderly space is important to me, and you can expect the utmost care from me in any shared spaces.

I am available to move as soon as possible, and have a preferred budget of 500-600/month. I am seeking a one month term at first to confirm compatibility and assess my progress with my other responsibilities. With so much to do before I leave while continuing to run my business, I expect I’ll need a space for 3-6 months.

I will be gone a lot, sometimes overnight, and quiet or sleeping when I’m around. I am friendly, and enjoy socializing, but life right now doesn’t afford a lot of free time. Pickleball players are a plus! I can almost always carve out time for a friendly game.
