Seeking Room for Rent – Summer (Anchorage Area)

Hi! I’m looking for a furnished room to rent in the Anchorage area this summer while working with Holland America/ Princess train tours.

A little about me:

Retired educator
Quiet, respectful, and very clean
Non-smoker, no pets
Financially stable and reliable

My schedule may vary, and I may be away overnight about 1–2 nights per week.

What I’m hoping to find:

Furnished room
Preferably a private bathroom (shared is okay depending on setup)
Utilities included
Access to kitchen and laundry (or space for a mini fridge if kitchen access is limited)
Parking, if available
Within a reasonable distance to the rail station

I’m easy to live with, keep to myself, and take care of the space I’m in. I respect house rules and appreciate a clean, calm environment.

Occasionally, my adult son (30), who lives in Sterling, may visit briefly, but this would be infrequent and respectful of house expectations.
