Room wanted in NYC

Hello All!!

Thank you for showing up and reading this little blurb about me.

I'm 28, born and raised in New York, and I manage a pilates studio. I'm also a working artist and writer, and I'm saving toward possibly going to grad school. I'm happy to send proof of employment right away, and I can pay my first month's rent at move-in. I'm looking for a long-term home, with a move-in date of October 9.

At home, I'm tidy, kind, and meticulous. I clean as I go in shared spaces and leave them as though I was never there. Because NYC can be a lot, I treat home as a place to decompress, so I'm fairly reserved and tend to keep to myself, but I'm clear and communicative, and I like to bring things up early and kindly so small things never become big ones. I cook often and usually meal plan.

My work schedule is full toward the end of the week, and my weekend is Monday and Tuesday. Otherwise, you'll find me rock climbing, shooting pool, making music, walking through Prospect Park, or wandering small museums.

Im ambitious, meticulous and love to have fun. I'm very playful, communicative and competent. I am looking forward to meeting you all.
