25M professional seeking Room/studio in SoHo

Hi, I’m a 25-year-old working professional looking for a place to rent. I’m available to move in from April 20, 2026, and my budget is up to $1,800 per month.

I’m open to sharing with both males and females, ideally within the age range of 22–30. I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing, and I value a peaceful and friendly living environment.

In terms of preferences, I would ideally like a place with a private (separate) bathroom. I’m also open to studio options, as I’m comfortable living independently. Having an in-unit washer and dryer would be a great plus, though it’s not a strict requirement.
