I'm looking for a nice 2/2 or 3/2 to split with someone (or couple).

Ideally in the Mission Valley area, but certainly open to anywhere from Chula Vista to Poway to Carmel Valley. As long as it is clean and safe. Washer dryer in the place is a must.

I have such a place (The Brynn Apts) that is fantastic, but having a hard time finding someone willing to pay $2k or more and I get it.

I'm very clean and have an adorable 38 lb Bernedoodle named Astro who is 2 years old and super well behaved. No accidents, no chewing, no barking. He gets along very well with other animals if you have any.
