About Us: Hi everyone! We are a mature, highly responsible, and quiet professional couple relocating to Kissimmee this summer.
My boyfriend: An incoming PGY-1 Resident Physician at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital (relocating from the UAE). He will be working grueling 70-80-hour weeks, including night shifts, so his primary focus at home is resting and studying.
Myself: A former United Nations (UN) professional holding a Master's from UCL, relocating from New York. I will be working in the non-profit/public sector locally.
We are clean, respectful, non-smokers, with no pets and no drama. We treat our living space as a peaceful sanctuary and respect others' privacy.
What We Are Looking For:
Location: MUST be extremely close to HCA Florida Osceola Hospital (Downtown Kissimmee area). Ideally, within a 15-minute walking/biking distance or a less than 5-minute drive.
Space Type: We are looking for an En-suite Master Bedroom (private bathroom attached is a must). We would also heavily prefer a Casita, In-law Suite, or a private basement/first-floor setup. (Please, no mega-vacation homes with 5+ roommates).
Furnishing: Fully furnished is highly preferred as we are transitioning from out of state/country.
Lease Term: Looking for a 6 to 12-month lease starting around early June 2026.
Budget: Around $1,200, ideally with utilities and Wi-Fi included for a hassle-free transition.
