Hi! I’m Christi, 27, looking for a private room to rent long-term in the Bustleton or Abington area. I’m open to a female flatmate, but a male flatmate in a quiet household is also fine.

What I’m looking for in a home:
Private bedroom;
Quiet environment – not a party house;
Minimal guests / visitors (occasional friend is fine, but not constant gatherings);
Clean, respectful shared spaces.

What to expect living with me:
I’m very quiet – no drinking, no smoking, no parties;
I rarely have guests over (maybe once a month);
I work remotely (teaching English) and keep a regular schedule;
I’m tidy, pay rent on time, and respect boundaries;
I have a car and a valid driver’s license;
I am a US citizen.

Move-in: Flexible, ideally May 22nd
Budget: $500–800] per month
No pets (but fine if you have one)
