Roommate wanted in Manhattan, NY

Hey everyone - I’m Alex, 26, currently living in NJ and looking to move into Manhattan around July (flexible on exact timing).

I’m looking for 1 roommate to apartment hunt with (open to a 2 bed room or joining an existing setup). Budget is around $1,500 - $1,800 each.

I work full time in digital marketing (~3 days in office). I have a stable income and I’m ready with all paperwork + deposit when we find the right place.

Neighborhood-wise I’m open to checking out most areas, but ideally looking at areas like the Lower East Side, Two Bridges, East Village, Seaport, Ukrainian Village, or somewhere on the Upper East Side.

About me: I’m clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy running, weight lifting, playing sports, photography, thrifting, traveling, and spending time with friends. I’d love to be friends with my roommate, but I also really value and respect personal space.
