Working Professional looking for a room to rent

I’m a 28 yr old working professional with a hybrid corporate role, spending about 10 business days a month in the office, and I also bartend on weekends—so I tend to stay pretty busy and keep a structured routine. In my free time, I love staying active, whether that’s working out, biking, playing basketball, or just getting outside and enjoying nature. I really value quality time with loved ones, but I also appreciate a peaceful, balanced home environment. I’m very clean and organized, having a tidy space is important to me and I bring a positive, easygoing energy while also respecting personal space. I’m both social and independent, and I value open, honest communication in a home. I’m currently looking for a new place because I’m ready for a bit more space, ideally with my own bathroom.
