Private room & bathroom, some sort of outside area/balcony as I'm on the end of quitting smoking but still have a smoke now and again but I don't smoke indoors. I'm easy going, retired, owner of a small puppy, drug free, drama free, never been served or evicted, don't have people traffic myself but I don't mind others that do or have get-others etc. Not a lot fazes me and I'm 100% judgement and bias free.
