Seeking an affordable room in Philadelphia ASAP

Hello there. My name is Isaiah and I am seeking an affordable room in Philadelphia for IMMEDIATE move-in. I am currently renting a room via PadSplit, and am having a horrific experience. I had one previous roommate who was an alcoholic and constantly brought random men over, and my current roommate is filthy and disrespectful, including but not limited to leaving dishes containing food in the sink for numerous days. I clean up after myself and expect the same from a roommate as we are all adults. I also expect mutual respect. I am an educator and doctoral candidate, so I require a residence that is on the quiet side. Due to horrific roommate experiences, I am seeking a short term lease (3-6 months) with the possibility of extending it. Ideally, I'd like to stay at least a year, but need to make sure it is a right fit first.
