Reliable tenant looking for new home

Hi my name is Anthony, down to earth responsible, compassionate fun loving person looking for a new home in this unbelievable economical climate and unrealistic housing market. I'm on disability, so as you could imagine, looking for a new and safe area to live in is hair pulling.

I hope to find a good home in a quiet area occupied by sensible wholesome people. I'm a low maintenance tenant that's good to have around if you like your house spotless, yards tidy and somene who pays their rent and stays out of your hair. Most every place I've ever lived has always developed into it's own unique friendship and dynamic. I keep to myself most of the time but am also outgoing and personable.

I can afford up to $800 a month (utilities included), or between $6-700 if utilities are not included. I also have references, rental receipts, a background check, a credit report and proof of income upon request.

I'm really hoping the right home out there exists and finds me. I had to move in with my family when I left my ex and am now trying to forge my own path in the world in finding a new and long term home where I reclaim my integrity and independence.
