Hey everyone — I’m looking for a roommate or open room starting late July (lease ends July 31). I currently live in South Philly and work in finance in Malvern (hybrid schedule), so I’m looking to move closer to shorten my commute.
I’m originally from North Jersey, 23, and pretty easygoing but structured. I work full-time during the week, stay active (gym, golf, basketball/football), and keep a consistent routine.
I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared space — I like keeping things in good shape and living in a calm, comfortable environment. Not a big party house, more of a relaxed setup where everyone is on the same page.
