Small business owner needs Redondo Beach room

■ I am a 73-year old 2x-divorced professional (semi-retired). I raised (5) great kids and am a small business owner focused on growing my environmental Management company via Artificial Intelligence (A. I.). I am taking classes and am ready to start promoting my business and get back into making money. I am quite, fun-loving, loyal, honest, and a well-informed American patriot with a unique humorous mindset and, for the most part, mind my own business. I've been around the block a time or two and am aware of my surroundings. I'm looking for a place to call home that I can be proud of. I've owned homes in the past and know what it takes to keep a home safe and secure.
