Hi, my name is Jessica Flynn. I currently reside in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where I have lived for the past seven years, though I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area.

I am in the process of relocating to Orange County and have secured an offer to begin employment immediately. I have recently finalized my divorce and am moving forward with a strong sense of stability and intention during this transition.

I have two children, Iden (13) and Izra (3). During the summer, they will primarily be visiting family throughout California, so I will be living on my own during this time.

I am seeking a short-term room rental from May 1st through August 1st while I get settled and secure a long-term home for my children and me ahead of the upcoming school year. I am respectful, clean, financially responsible, and very mindful of shared living spaces.
