Seeking roommate to apartment hunt with

Hi everyone! I’m a 31-year-old professional living in NYC and I’m looking for one roommate to apartment hunt within the coming months.
About me:
 I work in healthcare 5 days per week in the city, clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I keep a calm, low-key home environment. I enjoy cooking, coffee shops, reading, and exploring the neighborhood—but I’m not looking for a party apartment, just a comfortable, peaceful home.
Cats:
I have two sweet male cats, so I’m hoping to find someone who likes cats or is comfortable living with them. They’re neutered, well-behaved, and mostly hang out in their own space.

What I’m looking for:
• Budget: $1,300–$1,600 per person
• 2-bedroom apartment split
• Neighborhoods: Greenpoint, Astoria, Upper West Side, Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill, Prospect Heights (open to similar calm, professional neighborhoods)
• Move timeline: flexible, aiming for summer/fall 2026 (I’m currently month-to-month, so timing can be adjusted)
Ideal roommate:
• Working professional in late 20s–30s
• Clean, responsible, and values a quiet home
• Comfortable with two cats
