Room wanted in Philadelphia

I am a professional aged 31. I am available to move within the next few months and have a budget of $700/month. I would like to share with folks of any gender of any age. I consider myself a tidy person, pretty easy-going, generally interesting, easy to communicate with, and comfortable with both a social environment as well as a more introverted one, though I suppose I prefer an environment that is more actively social. I have a lot of hobbies (mostly creative or outdoorsy), and try to keep myself busy when not at work.
