Room wanted in Ridgewood, Queens, NY

Hello everyone! Looking to find a roommate to apartment hunt with (or an open room in the right situation) for a May or June lease. I have one very sweet, friendly cat and ideally would like to find someone also with a cat in need of a friend, but not a deal breaker. Currently living in Ridgewood near Myrtle-Wyckoff and really want to stay in the area (Ridgewood/Bushwick) but open to anywhere within a 15 min walk to the L between Bedford and Myrtle-Wyckoff. Budget is $1600 and a bit flexible.

I’m 25, work full-time in historic restoration and am out of the house most of the day M-F. On the weekends I love going out and trying new restaurants/bars/cafes and go dancing quite often. I like to cook at home a few times a week and would love to do communal meals if schedules allow for it. I want to keep a clean, calm, and respectful household but also like to have a good time. Music is pretty big in my life, I have a full sound system with records, cds, and tapes and would prefer someone who is down with that. Looking for someone equally easy-going and not a square lol, hoping to be buddies with my roommate. , LGBTQ+ friendly. I currently have a good amount of furniture for the communal spaces as well.
