Hi everyone. I’m looking for a room or small studio to rent for myself and my 7-year-old son. I share custody, so he’s with me about half the time. Hoping to find something near the I-8 / I-5 interchange.

My budget is about $1200 for a room or up to $1400 for a studio. Furnished would be nice but not required.

I work full time, I’m clean and respectful, and can provide references. If you know of anything available, please message me. Thank you. I’m looking to move in the beginning of May.
