Friendly gal looking for summer sublease!

Hi, I'm Qianze, a 27-year-old woman looking for a sublease ideally from May 1-mid-August, but I'm flexible on those dates. My current lease is up April 30th, and I'm going leaving the city to go to grad school in the fall for creative writing, so I need a place to stay until then.

I work full time as a software engineer, hybrid from the office 2-3x a week. Otherwise, I would WFH in my room. I have few meetings, so it should be very quiet while I'm WFH.

Looking for a larger room that can comfortably fit a desk for this setup. Furnished room preferred, but glad to provide my own furniture for the right space.

I'm committed to keeping common areas clean, and plan to keep a light footprint in general.

More details:
- I have no pets, but love animals so fine if there are pets in the face
- I will not host parties, but would like the privilege of having 1-2 friends over occasionally for lowkey hangouts
