Handyman looking for a room in Los Angeles

I am a professional male aged 39. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $575/month. I would like to have a private room and will share with females of any age. I'm looking for a one-year lease if possible or even 6 months I'm in a program for LA county for housing so they pay 575 a month plus a deposit when I move in some of my money is always good. I own my own handyman business the services from a to z and I'm a caregiver part-time and a book writer. And if there's a difference in the rent like say it's $900 a month for whatever I'm looking at I'll pay the difference in cash that the county doesn't pay.
