Responsible and easygoing Roomate.

This is me.

To open with a little about myself, I will start with this. I was raised in Downey. I come from a middle-class, military family.

I have been renting rooms since I moved out on my own at 18. I have lived with men, women, kids, and elderly couples. I grew up with a dog and a cat, so I am pet-friendly. I have spent 10 years at my current place in Huntington Park with different roommates, including the landlord, with no issues. But my current lanlord will be moving soon.

I keep things quiet and clean at home. I live a minimalist lifestyle. I'm not a heavy kitchen user, laundry user. I'm conservative with water and power. I’m usually out most of the day working M-F, out of the house at 8 am, and usually not back until that time or later. My off days are Saturday and Sunday. I have steady work at 40 hours a week; I have been at my current job for 4 years.

All I ask for in a prospective roommate(s) is for them to be responsible, respectful, safe, and clean.
