Hi! I’m an incoming graduate student at Seton Hall (South Orange campus) looking for housing starting mid to late June.

My priorities are:
• Private bathroom (very important)
• Preferably some separation in layout (e. g., different floors or more private space)
• Furnished is a plus but not required

I tend to keep a later schedule and am sometimes out in the evenings for walks, but I’m very quiet when I’m home and always mindful of noise.

I’m clean, organized, and happy to help maintain shared spaces (weekly or biweekly cleaning). I value a respectful, low-drama living environment.

I’m open to roommates or joining an existing lease. I’m also fine with occasional gatherings as long as there’s advance notice and things stay respectful.

My budget is roughly $800–1200 depending on the setup and amenities.

Open to locations within about a 45–60 minute commute to Seton Hall, including South Orange, Maplewood, Bloomfield, Nutley, Kearny, and nearby areas.
