Looking for a roommate to search for an apartment

I work the overnight as an armed security guard in Federalsburg so I’m looking for a place a reasonable distance away. I’d say on a scale of 1 through 10 on being a slob I’m a modest 6.5. The biggest thing I value in a roommate is communication and maturity. It’s our living space so we shouldn’t be doing things without the other’s knowledge or consent. I’m social, diplomatic, and respectful and look for that in a potential roommate. I’m not interested in immaturity or petty drama. Smoking is also a deal breaker for me.

I have no bias towards a male or female roomie, I’m really just looking for someone I can get along with. I can provide some dishes and other select things. Always willing to give more information as well. (I have a friendly cat named coconut)

As an armed guard I also have physical proof of a background check.
