Hello, I’m looking for a room($800 max) or a Master bedroom w/bathroom or a studio($1000 max) to rent near the Murrieta area. I am very low maintenance, work full time and keep to myself. I have a small 10lb dog and a cat I plan to bring with me. Please let me know if you have anything available in that range that is pet friendly. I am willing to move a little further for a more permanent location. Hoping to move by June 1st. Please don’t reach out if you are going to try and scam me by making me pay something before even seeing a place.
