Easygoing professional looking for a room

Hey! I’m a 40-year-old remote commercial insurance broker looking for a great place to call home in Denver. I work a steady Monday–Friday schedule from home, so I’m responsible, reliable, and keep a consistent routine during the week.

Outside of work, I like to stay active and social—checking out live music (everything from EDM and blues to jam bands and rock), trying new restaurants, hitting the gym, and getting out into the mountains for hiking or skiing when I can. I also enjoy game nights, meeting new people, and just making the most of what Colorado has to offer.

As a roommate, I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I value a comfortable, drama-free living space and am mindful of shared areas. I’m friendly and always down to hang out, but also appreciate personal space and balance.
