Looking for room to rent in Downtown Dallas

Hi! I'm moving to Dallas in late April and I'm looking for a room preferably in the Downtown area. I would prefer somewhere with utilities included and internet is a must since I sometimes work from home. A washer and dryer is also preferred whether it's in unit or communal. I'm not too picky on other things. I would live with anyone of any gender so that is not a big thing for me. What a potential roommate can expect from me is someone who stays to themselves for the most part and is considerate. I've had roommates in the past and we have gotten along pretty well. I'm not super social either so having people over and too much entertaining won't be an issue. I'm a respectful person and would love to live with people that value that as well. I'm far from a stick in the mud but I also value peace.
