Room wanted in Iowa City, IA

I am a professional female aged 56. Relocating with a new position in my current company to Iowa City. I am looking for a room mate who understands how to clean up after themselves and is an authentic person. I am open to all persons, but I have zero desire for drama, parties, or clutter.

Don't let my age fool you I am not a crabby old lady, everyday is different as required by my adhd. Would like to have a private room and ideally a private bathroom. Parking is required. I am open to animals, but I do not have any.

I enjoy going out to karaoke, and spending quality time listening to music or doom scrolling. Currently re-establishing myself after graduating college. Never too late. I am a glass half-full person and would appreciate a positive person to live with. I am not confrontational, but will address any concerns directly. I expect the same.
