Clean, Quiet Professional Looking for Room

Hi, I'm David, 34, and I'm currently looking for a room to rent.

I work full-time at an Amazon delivery station. My schedule is 10am-8:30pm, Sunday through Wednesday, so I'm out most of the day during my workdays.

I'm a non-smoker, quiet, and introverted, and I really value a clean and respectful home. I'm friendly and easy to get along with, but I tend to keep to myself and spend most of my time gaming, reading, writing, or listening to music. I'm not a partier and prefer a calm environment.

I'm also LGBT+ friendly and value living in an inclusive, respectful household.

I don't currently have a car (I use Uber and public transportation), but I'm actively saving to get one soon.

I do have a cat named Wally. He's 6 years old, neutered, microchipped, and well-behaved. He's shy at first but warms up over time. I usually keep him in my room, so he won't be roaming around the house.
