Hello, I’m a new-incoming fall transfer student at FIU- MMC, and a self employed professional, who’s looking for a very clean, and preferably a nice and modern space, within the Miami area. Not far from campus, once I do begin classes! They’ll be Hybrid, but I won’t have a car right away upon my move-in. I’d like to stay in my chosen space, really just until I can financially save more to get into my own within 3-6 months or so.
