Room wanted in fair oaks, Sacramento Count...

I am a professional female aged 36. I am looking for a large room. I am available to move from 09/01/2026 and have a budget of $1,000/month. I would prefer to share with females or males, ideally between 18 and 99 years old. I am super excited to have a roommate and hopefully become friends or at least get along well and have a nice home together I would like somebody that is clean organized and at least has a job or is he student. I am very much a family person so I will be having my family over for dinners maybe once a week or once every other week and randomly I have a small family and we aren't very loud. I do not drink and do not want to live with a big drinker I don't mind someone that drinks a little bit. I don't have any pets yet but I would like to get a kitten or a puppy or both together and raise them together anyone that is okay with all these things please reach out to me and we can talk about becoming roommates thank you.
