HR assistant looking for Newport Beach room

I'm a 24 year old pilates instructor in training (yes, I will give u a free class) and human resources assistant. I am available to move earliest June 5th and have a budget of $800/month. I would like to share with females only, ideally between 19 and 29 years old. Willing to share a room with the right situation (single, no boyfriend), I am a bit of a night owl and like home to be a neat and clean spot but I am also easy going and would like to be friends with my roommates, go out to lunch or the bars together, or the occasional wine night. Having roommates who put God first in their lives would also be a huge plus but not a requirement :)
