Seeking Room for Rent (Pet Friendly)

I am seeking a safe, friendly, and clean living space for myself and my two adult cats, Loki (10) and Raisin (8). Both babes are well behaved, and have spent their entire lives with me.

Ideally, I’d like to live with females or likeminded (open-minded, community-minded, pro-human rights) folk, that understand the delicate balance of being a professional and a student.

I am clean, respectful, and know how to offer space, as well as social enrichment if requested. I’m on top of my space, and my pets, and like to foster healthy communication. I can cook, but have been out of practice for a while due to my busy schedule. I am totally down to take cooking classes though!

Because I’m returning to the city from Westchester, I do come with a vehicle, and would love if I could find a place with either: decent street parking, a designated parking spot, or a garage. I use my vehicle for traveling to tattoo gigs and for assisting family, so I need to make sure I have somewhere consistent (and safe) to keep it.
