I'm here in Vegas to do business and make sure my clients are happy. I own a home in Tucson, but a many of my clients are at trade shows here in Vegas. In Business over 25 years.

I'm an upbeat businessman, reliable, responsible, clean and helpful. I create and rent custom slot machines at Trade shows. I spend a lot of time in my room in front of the computers, creating video wall content for trade shows and promotional games.

I also have multiple storage units so, typically I only deal with one or two promo slot games at a time to get ready for customers updating the programs before delivery.

I’m looking for a place that’s peaceful and drama free where everybody respects each other, is fun and laughs alot.

Ideal Place:
- West side - Between Russel to Lake Mead drive area west of rainbow
- I love animals, dogs, cats, rabbits - all furbabies!
- A peaceful paradise to be comfortable.
- Friendly conservative people/room mates who support our Veterans
- Large room for bed and computers etc WIFI.
- Garage or workshop area to create and test new games.
- Pool and jacuzzi, palms, garden etc
- Nice kitchen, I am a great cook and love to share and have meals with others.

Currently I’m been living 4 years at a place that has a three garage spots, the single one I have as workshop and I park my Corvette on the driveway, Escalade on the street

Looking for long term stability.

I rarely ever drink, love rock ‘n’ roll music, play guitar and mind my own business.
Looking to move by May 1st or June 1st 2026
