Responsible Senior

Hello,

I am seeking a comfortable and quiet living space in Clark County, WA, and I am also open to areas including Tanasbourne, Hillsboro, and Beaverton, OR.

Ideally, I am looking for one of the following:

Private room with a private bathroom, or
ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), or
Small cottage or studio

A bit about me:
I am a responsible senior with stable, reliable income and my own vehicle. I live a quiet, low-key lifestyle and value a clean, well-maintained home environment. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker.

I also have a very small (5 lb), well-behaved senior dog who is short-haired, clean, and quiet.

What I’m looking for:

Safe, respectful, and clean living environment
Clear rental terms (lease, deposit, utilities, etc.)
Reasonable move-in costs, with some flexibility if possible
