Hi i'm Ryan Arlo, my friends call me Arlo i'm 42 but look 30 and work third shift overnights. I keep to myself but don't mind conversation. I usually just sleep or play on my puter when not working and i use earbuds. I am quiet, can deal with loud noise and pretty much any non drama situation. I am only looking for 3 mths til I close on a house. I don't have any preference on roommate from young to old and don't mind helping out around the house or doing house work in general. I like to stay busy and will likely be away from the house the majority of the time. Just looking for no hassle easy rental with no extra drama. I have a nice savings which i intend to continue to add to and i'm a little frugal.
