I am a professional male aged 26 turning 27. I'm down to earth, quiet, respectable, very clean and organized. I'm currently single, so no drama. I'm not a homebody nor am I nosy.

I'm starting a job at the MBTA. I'm currently living in Revere, with my new job I want to be close to MBTA stops. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $800/month.

My ideal roommate situation is males with similar age, professionals, easy going, respectable and clean. I love animals, cats and dogs. I don't have any pets. One deal breaker is crazy exotic pets. I don't like reptiles especially snakes. If there is a dog cool house cat its not a deal breaker.

One thing I need to do is make sure there is good vibes, mutual respect, no drama among everyone and being clean is a must. I'm not obsessively clean, just no slobs.
