Hi there, I have moved to NY recently and looking for a more permanent place to stay (just me). I’m Australian,27, and work as a marketer - open to a range of neighbourhoods, more interested in getting along with roommates :) not too fussy on room requirements - furnished or unfurnished.
I’m easy going, clean, willing to help out around the apartment, sociable, non smoker - I’ll also be working in the office ~4 days a week, and exploring the city often outside of that!
I’m probably more interested in shorter than ~6 month rentals, but open to long term if the roommates and I get along :)
