I am a working professional female aged 34, mainly work from home as I am a psychotherapist with a virtual caseload. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $2000/month. Something short term would be great as I transition into my own place.

I moved to Williamsburg in 2024 and was there 10 months, but had to leave my apartment. I have been back in Miami as I continue my search to get back to NYC.

I would need something with nice lighting, a closet, room spacious enough for a desk, and preferably a queen bed.

I am very active, clean, and can respect personal space and boundaries. I enjoy cooking, so using the kitchen would be very crucial for me.

I am allergic to cats and I would prefer a pet-free place due to the nature of my job. I do work late, my sessions sometimes last until 9pm. But I make my own schedule and can be in and out of the home to take breaks and go workout, etc. I am social and have great friends in the city that also keeps me engaged.

Just looking for something as a placeholder to help me get grounded again.
