I’m a 41-year-old working professional looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment in the Goodyear area. I work consistently and keep a stable routine, so I’m easy to live with and dependable when it comes to rent and responsibilities.
I’m very clean and organized, and I take pride in keeping shared spaces in good condition. I’m respectful of others’ privacy but also easygoing and friendly. In my downtime I enjoy the gym, cooking, watching Netflix, and staying active.
Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room with access to laundry and reliable internet. A private bathroom is a plus, but not required. I’m open to living with males or females as long as everyone is respectful and keeps a good living environment.
