Looking for unique place to call home

Hi there,
I'm Jenna. Clean, respectful, single, no pets (just a lot of plants!) and looking for a place to call home.

What's important to me: Spacious, light filled, accessible/easy parking, clean, doesn't necessarily need to be updated however a kitchen as I love to cook and eat healthy.

*In an ideal world, I would love to find a studio, cottage/adu, with an outdoor/balcony space. I can afford $1500 for this type of space.*

For shared apartments, my goal is to stay in the $800-1100 range.

I am also open to sharing a home with someone else or a unique situation where there is a private entrance and/or bathroom and/or private outdoor space.

I am open to living in an apartment complex, stand alone home or a cottage/adu at someone's residence.

I am open to co-living or a home with several rooms as long as there is more than one bathroom and the vibe is clean, artsy and respectful.

I work for CalPerformances (free tickets!) and teach yoga. I am also a performing artist and love taking improv and dance classes. Being in nature and enjoying life is important to me and looking for other clean and happy people to live with if I can't find my own space.

Work environment: I work a hybrid schedule. Normally WFH Mon-Thurs and on site on the weekends. To change things up (and when its not a meeting heavy day) I like to work out of cafe's. I'm obsessed with Hot Pilates and if scheduling works, will take a mid-day class (or a long walk) to break up my work day when WFH.
